THREE new shareholders have been announced for one of Bolton's oldest independent law firms.
Catherine Woolley, Carl Fletcher and Emma Cordock have all invested in their own firm.
This follows the retirement of partner Teresa Vickers, who supervised the family and civil department there.
Managing directors Anita Boardman and Greg French say the trio earned the right through their hard work, determination and commitment".
"The appointment of Cath, Carl and Emma as shareholders underpins our ambitious growth strategy," said Ms Boardman, who also heralded their "dynamic young board".
The firm, with two offices in Bolton and one in Bury office has six directors and 55 staff.
