A KEY road will be closed for five days as engineers complete resurfacing works.
St Helens Road, in Four Lane Ends, will be shut from Monday, July 22, until Friday, July 26.
It comes as staff from Bolton Council's Highways department repair the road and upgrade the traffic lights.
The work is expected to cause a 'high level' of disruption for travellers while the road is closed.
