NHS staff are inviting families to join them on Victoria Square for a day of free activities and useful advice for safe holidays at a summer roadshow.
On August 1, from 10am to 4pm, there will be the chance for kids to tackle the Mountain Monkeys climbing wall, hosted by the NHS Bolton Clinical Commissioning Group.
Youngsters will also be able to challenge mums, dads and grandparents to a game of giant Jenga or Connect Four.
There will be a life-sized game of Operation so a steady hand will be needed in order to beat the buzzer.
As well as lots of fun activities, the CCG will be chatting to families about how they can stay safe and well over the summer months.
The CCG has produced a useful guide, called Think Summer, which will help families make the right choice when it comes to needing medical advice.
Visitors to the Roadshow can read their Think Summer booklet in comfort, and listen to some music, in a special chill-out area courtesy of Hits Radio.
