DJ royalty Tony Blackburn will be visiting Bolton as part of an upcoming UK tour.
The DJ is hosting ‘BC Radio 2’s Sounds of The 60s LIVE’ shows, which has been touring this year.
Due to popular demand, more dates have been added for next year, with Bolton among the places set to be visited.
The show features songs, stories and memories from the golden decade of pop with music performed live by the Sounds Of The 60s all star band and singers.
It will come to Albert Halls Bolton on April 11, 2020.
Tony Blackburn started his career as a singer in the 1960s before becoming a DJ — joining the BBC in 1967.
He said: “I’m absolutely thrilled that the Sounds of the 60s live tour has proved so popular and that we’re in a position to extend the run well into 2020.
“It’s proof that the music of the 60s is as loved now as it was back then.”
Tickets start at £30 and go on general sale this Friday from www.livenation.co.uk.
