A WOMAN who had drunk almost double the legal alcohol limit was caught driving a Mercedes in the car park of The Victoria Inn, Markland Hill on July 29.
At Bolton Magistrates’ Court Rosemarie Noonan, aged 57, of Ravens Wood, Heaton, pleaded guilty to drink driving.
She was fined £400 plus £85 in prosecution costs and a £40 victim surcharge.
Magistrates banned Noonan from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months, which will be reduced by 195 days if she completes an approved course.
