A MOTORWAY has reopened after a van overturned during a collision.
Drivers experienced delays on the M602 and M60 due to the crash near Eccles Interchange.
Highways England, police and an ambulance were called to the scene of the incident, where a van had left the road. The van had to be recovered from foliage.
Emergency repairs have been made to the barriers at Junction 1 of the M60 and M62.
The M602 westbound exit slip road leading to the M60 anticlockwise carriageway was closed for about 90 minutes.
One lane on the M60 anticlockwise carriageway was also previously closed due to the collision but has since reopened.
Highways England have tweeted about the incident: "Recovery is now complete and the road is now open. Thank you for your patience. Please continue your journey safely through the area."
