POLICE have released CCTV images of a man they want to speak to over an incident which left a teenager with "life-changing injuries".

It comes after officers were called to Bolton town centre around 6.30am on Sunday June 30 to reports of a "disturbance" on Bradshawgate.

The incident is thought to have involved a number of men and resulted in an 18-year-old being taken to hospital.

Two men have already been charged in connection with the investigation but police are hoping to speak to a third man shown in the images they have released.

They say that there was another incident of disorder that took place nearby prior to this. The two incidents are being treated as linked.

Detective Constable Stuart Round said: “An 18-year-old man was seriously injured in this assault and as a result has received life-changing juries.

“We have released an image of a man we would like to speak to in connection with this incident so I would urge anybody who recognises him to please get in touch.”
