A POPULAR road will be hit by a high level of traffic disruption this weekend due to roadworks.

Temporary traffic lights will be in place on Deane Road on Sunday.

The lights will be by the Cannon Street junction, close to the Shree Swaminarayan Temple and Deane Medical Centre.

The traffic measures are in place to allow United Utilities Water to reapir a manhole.
