The Swedish Blue duck in Paul and Ruth Haley's garden
TWO Turton residents are searching for the owner of a rare Swedish Blue duck.
The duck arrived in Paul and Ruth Haley’s back garden on Saturday September 14.
The pair, who live in Chapeltown Road, believe the bird is a domestic breed.
They are keeping the duck in a pen with their hens but are hoping to get the bird back home soon.
Paul said: “It’s clearly used to people and is quite tame.
“Someone must be missing it and we’d like to find the owner.”
