A INQUEST has opened after a man was found hanged at his home on September 13.
At Bolton Coroner's Court, police coroner's officer Nicola Boyes told acting senior coroner Alan Walsh how 35-year-old Kristoffer Crook was found by his partner at his home in Netherton Grove, Farnworth.
Unemployed Mr Crook was pronounced dead that the scene and formally identified.
A post mortem was carried out which confirmed that death was due to hanging.
Mr Walsh adjourned the inquest until February 18 next year when a full hearing will take place and released the body to allow a funeral to take place.
