BOLTON playwright and actor Joe O'Byrne is bringing his critically acclaimed ghost story to the Albert Halls in the run up to Halloween.
The Haunting of Blaine Manor is a nod to M R James, Edgar Allan Poe or H P Lovecraft and the Hammer Horror Classics
It tells the story of renowned American parapsychologist Doctor Roy Earle, famous for discrediting hauntings and exposing fake mediums, is invited to attend a seance in what is said to be the most haunted building in England, a building with a horrific history, Blaine Manor.
The play will take to the stage on October 11 in Bolton as part of the North West tour.
