A DRIVER was spotted with a shredded front tyre, officers said.
A silver Vauxhall Vectra passed traffic officers in Newbrook Road, Over Hulton in the early hours of this morning.
Officers noticed both front tyres were flat and on closer inspection, one was blown out.
