PARENTS or grandparents of young film fanatics will have the opportunity to watch a popular blockbuster for free.

Bolton Library's Cinema at the Crescent night is set to return next month with a showing of hit animated superhero flick Spider-Man Into The Spider-Verse.

The film screening will take place at 2pm on Saturday, November 23, in the main Lecture Theatre of the Bolton Central Library building, in Le Mans Crescent.

Anyone under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult but the screening is free with no need to book a place in advance.

There will also be light refreshments for sale.
