A FLEDGLING home decor firm in Bolton is celebrating its first birthday with a website launch.

Staff at Indulgence, in Deansgate, have been bringing a little French flair and Danish design knowhow to the town centre for the past 12 months.

And managing director Shekela Ghafoor is hoping that their new online presence - www.creerhome.com - will continue that trend.

She said: “Having a Scandinavian background, we wanted to bring to Bolton the opportunity to furnish your home with not mainstream but unique on-trend products, hand-picked from our suppliers in France and Denmark, among others.

“We wanted to inspire our customers to implement their wished for lifestyle in their surroundings and give every space the touch they want.

“And our customers seem to like our products very much.

“They find them not only aspirational and trendy, but definitely also aesthetic, quirky and elevating the newest home décor trends.

“We take pride in presenting our shop and products as an whole experience and enjoy seeing our customers pop in just for inspiration. “

Their first anniversary has prompted Shekela and her team to look towards generating extra trade online.

As well as home decor items from a host of international suppliers, the store also boasts a range of exclusive bakeware, handmade bodycare products and a line of organic teas.

Shekela, who lives in the Daubhill area of Bolton, added: “We are probably the only individual home décor retailer in town (to set up) for a long time.

“We feel we a contributing to Bolton town centre with something exciting and beyond what Bolton normally sees within home décor.”

For the next fortnight the decor store, which is located in the former Most Wanted premises, between the Town Cafe and John-Lee Guy hairdressers, is also staging a discount sale.
