VISITORS to Bolton town centre did a double take this afternoon when they spotted Katie Price's ex Alex Reid out doing a bit of shopping.
The former cage fighter and tabloid favourite was spotted in Victoria Square around lunchtime.
It was not immediately clear what the 44-year-old, who shot to fame as the glamour model's second husband and after a stint on Celebrity Big Brother, was doing in town but his presence turned a few heads.
One onlooker said: "I spotted him and thought 'where do I know him from'.
"Then I spotted it said 'Reid' on the back of his trainers and it clicked.
"I don't have a clue what it was doing in Bolton."
The former cage fighter also hit the headlines when it was revealed he dabbles in a bit of crossdressing.
Earlier this year he shared his heartbreak earlier this year after his fiancée lost her fifth baby following another heartbreaking round of IVF. At the time he took to Instagram to share the news with his followers.
