A LIQUID, which appeared to be bleach, was thrown at a woman from a moving vehicle.
Police believe the incident is a racially motivated attack and are asking for witnesses and any CCTV.
The alleged victim is a woman in her 20s and the incident happened in Crown Lane, Horwich, at around 1.30pm today.
GMP Bolton North shared the news on their Facebook page.
A spokesman wrote: "This afternoon at around 1.30pm, a female in her twenties was attacked with what appears to be bleach from a moving vehicle on Crown Lane in Horwich in what appears to be a racially motivated attack.
"If anybody witnessed anything, or has any CCTV footage showing the incident please contact 71376@gmp.police.uk."
