A CHARITY which has caused ripples with its adventure sports offering to disadvantaged youngsters is now turning the tide by becoming an away days specialist.
WAVE (Water Activities and Various Experiences), in Bury Road, has been providing confidence-building activities like rock-climbing, mountain biking and kayaking to young people for 20 years.
And now the charity is branching out more to work with companies and organisations looking to promote team-building.
Graham Wood, of WAVE, said: "The content of the sessions can be tailored to suit individual business requirements and address any specific issues.
"Or it can involve multiple practical exercises designed to develop team members' knowledge and abilities to operate within a team."
