STAFF at a Bolton motor dealership have been lauded once again for their customer service prowess.
Bosses at Crompton Way Motors walked away with the customer care prize at the first-ever Motor Trader Independent Dealer Awards, held in Coventry.
BBC presenter Dan Walker hosted the event, which attracted hundreds of entries from across the UK.
A CWM spokesman said: “It’s been a fantastic year for the team we have won many awards for consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
“We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers past and present for their continued support.”
Earlier in 2019, the company, owned by Lorraine and Paul Richards, was given customer experience honours at the Auto Trader Awards.
Judges there had been looking for the location which offered the most satisfaction for both online and forecourt customers.
