A POWERCUT has left 50 properties in Bolton without electricity this morning (Tuesday, November 5).
The issue was first reported at around 8am and mostly affects homes in Great Lever, close to Freshfield Avenue.
Engineers from Electricity North West, which runs the power grid in the region, are aware of the problem and are travelling to the site.
The cause of the powercut is currently unknown.
It is expected to be fixed around 2pm, although it could be earlier.
The postcodes affected include:
- BL3 3EX
- BL3 3EZ
- BL3 3HA
- BL3 3HB
- BL3 3HD
- BL3 3HF
- BL3 3HL
- BL3 3HN
