Curry awards
A BOLTON curry restaurant has been shortlisted for the Best Takeaway award at the British Curry Awards.
Spice Island on Tonge Moor Road will be hoping for the gong during the glitzy awards night in London on Monday, November 25.
The globally recognised business awards, which are celebrating their fifteenth year, have been dubbed the 'Oscars of the industry'.
High profile guests such as Boris Johnson, David Cameron and the Duchess of York have attended the ceremony in the past.
