AN OLD mill could be used for hot yoga and pilates, new plans have revealed.
The former Aon Energy offices in the Halliwell Industrial Estate have been chosen by a Chorley-based company's for a new studio.
Yoga @ the Mill has asked the council for a certificate of lawful development to use Unit 24 as a yoga and pilates studio with "heated" classes expected to reach 38 degrees.
The units at the mill in Rossini Street are now gradually being licensed out to individual businesses, according to the application.
It is understood that a number of units at the mill have been brought back into use including one for a gym.
Opening hours for the studio would be 9am to 9pm.
