MAGISTRATES have banned a man from driving for six months after he was caught speeding on the Derby Street, Bolton on March 15.
Robert Rainsford, aged 57, of Barrow Bridge Road, Bolton, was caught doing 37mph in a 30mph limit in a Mini.
Rainsford, who has previous motoring convictions, pleaded guilty to committing the offence and in addition to the ban, imposed by Manchester magistrates, was fined £176 plus £115 in costs and charges.
