MAGISTRATES have fined a man £330 after he was found guilty of possessing cannabis in Blackpool on May 19.
Anthony Seddon, aged 30, of Portland Street, Halliwell, had denied committing the offence and also failed to turn up to Blackpool Magistrates’ Court.
In addition to the fine he was ordered to pay £150 towards prosecution costs and a £33 victim surcharge.
