TROUBLEMAKERS who thought it would be funny to pull up alongside a squad car and blast out a foul-mouthed anti-police song were soon regretting their actions.
Two Lancashire road police officers pulled into a petrol station off junction 27 of the M6 for a well-earned brew on a night shift.
But the hard-working coppers' break was interrupted by 'jokers' who stopped next to them in the car park with the rap song F*** Tha Police by notorious group N.W.A playing at high volume.
Their criminal-catching antennae twitching, the officers ran the Ford Fiesta through their computer and what happened next was pure poetic justice.
The Fiesta driver was uninsured and was wanted for breaching a court order.
A customary tap on the window followed and the driver was soon arrested and without a car after it was seized.
Police tweeted: "If you insist on playing a well known derogatory song about the police, next to officers having a rare brew then at least make sure you're insured... oh and don't have two warrants outstanding. One arrested and one car seized #T2TacOps #MN08 #TooEasy"
