A FRESH acquisition rounded off the year in style for a Bolton dental laboratory group.
Alphadent became the 28th purchase for Smiths Road based Swift Dental, it was recently confirmed.
The Worcestershire company joins Wearside Dental Services and R D Laboratory, of Dunfermline, which were brought into the fold in 2019.
Following the most recent deal, former Alphadent owners Steve and Ian Fox have been retained to collaborate with Swift Dental, alongside a team of technicians.
Roy McGilvray, Swift's managing director, said: "We are so excited to have Steve, Ian and the team as part of the group.
"It's such an exciting time here at Swift, especially after winning Best Dental Laboratory at FMC’s Laboratory Awards, as well as expanding our market share in Scotland, after acquiring RD Laboratory."
Plans are in place to relocate the Alphadent team to their site at Maurice Hood in Oldbury.
