A MAN of 19 has been jailed for 23 weeks and banned from driving for three years for driving while disqualified and "wilfully obstructing a police constable in the execution of his duty".
Appearing at Tameside Magistrates' Court on January 13, Faizan Aslam, was also ordered to pay £122 to victim services after committing the offence on Manchester Road, Oldham.
