MAGISTRATES have sentenced a woman to a conditional discharge for 12 months after she pleaded guilty to damaging a man’s window on July 16 last year.
Jaqueline Banks, aged 38, of Wesley Street, Westhoughton, was also ordered to pay £121 in costs and charges as well as paying £300 in compensation to her victim.
At Bolton Magistrates' Court a restraining order was also made banning Banks from contacting him and he was prohibited from going to a property in Wigan Road, Bolton.
