A 46-YEAR-old man has been an 18-month prison sentence, suspended for two years, for breaking into the Millercare mobility shop in Huddersfield Road, Oldham.
Bernard Ward, of Raper Street, Littlemoor, Oldham, broke into the premises on December 9. Appearing at Tameside Magistrates' Court on Friday (January 17), he was also ordered to pay £122 to victim services and £85 costs.
Ward was also placed under curfew with tagging until April 9. Until then he must be at home between 7pm and 7am daily.
