A MAN of 30 has been jailed for entering Oldham's Boots store in breach of a criminal behaviour order prohibiting from entering the town centre.
Jason David Biggins, of Huddersfield Road, was given a four-month sentence at Tameside Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (January 21).
Biggins entered Boots a day earlier, and committed the breach during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by the same court on July 26, last year, for a breach of a prior criminal behaviour order.
Biggs was also ordered to pay £85 costs and £122 to victim services.
