MAGISTRATES have ordered a man to have treatment for alcohol addiction for six months after he pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman on New Year’s Eve.
Liam Evans, aged 29, of Union Road, Bolton, was also fined £40 and must participate in 33 days of a relationships programme and rehabilitation for 10 days. Evans must also pay a £90 victim surcharge.
