THE poignantly touching, funny and bold play Things I know to Be True will take to the stage at Bolton Little Theatre.
Multi award-winning Australian playwright and screenwriter Andrew Bovell tells the story of a family and marriage through the eyes of four grown siblings and the revelations that unfold are turn funny, poignant and heartbreaking.
Director Sandra Simpson said: "We have all cried in rehearsal but this is a beautiful play, contemporary and very relevant to today."
Things I Know to Be True is described as an intense portrayal of the mechanisms of family life, with the audience on a rollercoaster of emotions as they watch the play unfold.
The play opens on Saturday, February 22 and runs until Saturday, February 29 with a matinee production on Sunday at 2:00pm.
