POLICE have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to following a crash in Blackburn.
The incident which involved three cars and saw four people injured, happened in Pleckgate Road, Blackburn, on 3.45pm on February 9.
It is believed the driver of a black BMW involved in the incident left the scene.
A police spokesman said: "We believe that the person in the CCTV may have information which will help our enquiries.
"If you know who they are or have any information in relation to the incident please email 4843@lancashire.pnn.police.uk quoting log ref: LC-20200209-1320 in the subject field."
