For the second year in a row Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is joint top in the region at engaging staff.
The recent NHS Staff Survey revealed that staff at the trust felt positive about team work, management and the reduction of violence in the workplace.
Other trusts in Greater Manchester which tied with Bolton were Wigan, Wrightington and Leigh.
The trust came out on top in six out of 11 categories in the survey which included morale, health and wellbeing, team work and safety.
James Mawrey, Director of Workforce and OD, said: "Given that we are already one of the highest performing trusts in the area then I'm very pleased that we've maintained our overall staff engagement level."
