A BANNED driver who was caught behind the wheel of a car on January 24 has been ordered to do 250 hours of unpaid work.
At Bolton Magistrates’ Court Robert Marsh, aged 38, of St Germain Street, Farnworth, pleaded guilty to driving a Toyota Yaris on St Germain Street whilst disqualified from holding a licence.
He also admitted having no insurance, MoT, licence and false number plates.
Marsh was banned from applying for a driving licence for 12 months and was sentenced to 16 weeks in prison, suspended for 18 months and must participate in 20 days of rehabilitation activities.
He must also pay £207 in costs and charges.
