IT'S almost that time of year when we take time to reflect and show gratitude to the mothers and women in our lives.
This year, the Lancashire Telegraph wants to hear what Mothering Sunday means to you.
Perhaps you have a message for your mum, or someone in your life who is like a mum, telling them why they are so special.
Maybe you are a new mum and would like to share a photograph ahead of your first Mother's Day.
Or if you are missing a loved one this Mother's Day, send a tribute to remember them.
Whatever Sunday, March 22, will mean to you this year, we want to celebrate the wonderful women of East Lancashire, hear your stories, or honour those who have helped shaped lives.
E mail melanie.disley@nqnw.co.uk. Please include your names and where you live with any photographs and messages.
