ROVERS will look to maintain their push for the play-offs when they host fellow promotion chasers Bristol City at Ewood Park on Saturday.
From likely line-ups to key men and the referee, all you need to know can be found below.
Key battle
Adam Armstrong has stepped up in the absence of Bradley Dack to push Rovers to within three points of the play-offs. Armstrong has 11 goals and six assists to his name, but will be hoping to add to that.
Last meeting
Goals from Bradley Johnson and Armstrong sealed the three points for Tony Mowbray’s men at Ashton Gate in December. Johnson opened the scoring inside two minutes and then Armstrong’s finish ensured Rovers took the points to Blackburn.
Referee
Oliver Langford: has shown 108 yellow cards and four reds in the 27 games he has taken charge of this season. Langford took charge of Rovers' 1-0 win over Derby back in December.
Likely line-ups
Rovers: Christian Walton, Ryan Nyambe, Darragh Lenihan, Tosin Adarabioyo, Amari’i Bell, Lewis Travis, Stewart Downing, Bradley Johnson, Joe Rothwell, Adam Armstrong, Sam Gallagher
Bristol City: Niki Maenpaa, Tomas Kalas, Nathan Baker, Pedro Pereira, Jay Dasilva, Jamie Paterson, Callum O’Dowda, Han-Noah Massengo, Korey Smith, Andreas Weimann, Nahki Wells
Odds
Rovers are even money to carry on their play-off push with a win at Ewood Park. Bristol City have their own play-off ambitions and they are priced at 11/4 to go back to the South West with all three points. The points being shared comes in at 5/2.
