GRIME artist Bugzy Malone has been seriously injured in a crash in Bury, according to reports on social media.
The rapper, real name Aaron Davis, was reportedly the driver of a quad bike which crashed in Rochdale Road last night.
Greater Manchester Police said: "Shortly before 9.20pm last night, police were called to Rochdale Road, Bury to reports of a collision involving an Audi car and a quadbike.
"Emergency services attended and the driver of the quadbike – a 29-year-old man – was seriously injured and taken to hospital for treatment.
"His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening."
Fellow artists and personalities wished Bugzy well on Twitter, with hundreds of supportive messages coming in.
Hip-hop artist Krept said: "Prayers out to bugzy", while Yungen said "Prayers to Bugzy man."
Youtuber and rapper KSI said: "I’m praying for you fam, please don’t die on us."
"No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
