More plans have been submitted to transform a former pub in Halliwell.
The Claremont Arms in Halliwell Road had plans ratified to change its use from a pub to three separate units on February 17.
A proposal to convert the first floor of this were also approved.
The central unit had plans approved to change its use to a tanning salon with these plans looking to change the unit next, unit one, to it into a cafe/restaurant.
The latest plans are to change the first unit into a new cafe or restaurant, with no further specific details.
Planning permission had already been signed off to use the unit on the corner of Weymouth Street as a restaurant or cafe.
The pub has been closed since at least July 2018, when plans were first submitted to change the use of this site from a pub to three separate units.
The plans were submitted and deposited on March 30 with a decision expected to be made by mid-May at the latest.
