THERE have now been more than 100 coronavirus deaths in Sussex.
The batch of data, released daily by NHS England, shows the number of deaths registered by each NHS trust.
The figures do not include deaths outside of hospitals, such as care homes.
Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust operates hospitals supporting the Crawley and Horsham areas, as well as parts of East Sussex.
It has now recorded 60 deaths, up 21 from the day before.
East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust operates hospitals in Eastbourne, Bexhill, Rye and St Leonards.
It has now recorded 20 deaths, up six in 24 hours.
Brighton and Sussex Hospitals NHS Trust, which runs the Royal Sussex County Hospital and the Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath, remains at 14 deaths.
The Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust, which provides care across the area, remains at four deaths.
Western Sussex Hospitals Foundation Trust, which has sites in Chichester, Worthing and Shoreham, remains at 5 deaths.
In total there have now been 113 deaths in Sussex trusts, up from 86 yesterday.
Confirmed cases of coronavirus are broken down by top-tier authority.
Brighton and Hove now has 85 confirmed cases, one more than the day before.
East Sussex climbed from 155 to 161 and the West Sussex total reached 224.
