NO new deaths at Royal Bolton Hospital have been linked to coronavirus.
Figures released by NHS England yesterday showed that no patients had died after contracting covid-19.
No new coronavirus-related deaths have been confirmed at the borough's hospital in May so far.
Yesterday's figures reflected the picture from Sunday, where zero patient deaths were related to coronavirus
At least 169 people have now died in the borough after contracting the virus.
The latest figures may rise as some positive results can be received days after the patient's death.
Figures do not include deaths which may have occurred outside hospitals, such as in care homes, where at least 36 deaths in Bolton have been linked to covid-19.
NHS England also announced 204 new deaths of people who tested positive for Covid-19, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 21,384.
More than 186,000 people across the UK have tested positive for covid-19, with 807 cases of the virus confirmed in the borough as of 9am yesterday morning.
