A GYM is offering free online classes to everyone during the current pandemic.

Xercise4less, which has a gym in Bolton, has gone virtual to ensure people keep fit and healthy while under lockdown.

On its website, the gym posted: "We're giving everyone free access to our online gym portal, providing dedicated live online exercise classes and workouts you can do from home.

"We'll continue to provide everyone with free access even past the initial 90 days should we need to extend our home fitness option to the public while we all battle the coronavirus pandemic."

The gym adds: "Stay well, fit and healthy and follow our at home workouts from free."

Non-members can just go online to the website and sign up and no bank details are required.

Classes on offer include everything from yoga and pilates to high intensity exercises as well as toning and conditioning, such as legs, bums and tums.

They are led by instructors, including those from the Bolton gym.

All gyms were forced to close in March in line with Government's lockdown measures and no date has been set for their reopening.
