A MOTORIST was arrested after crashing into a boundary wall before fleeing the scene.
Emergency was called to Beta Street in Bolton after a Volvo crashed into the wall of Rainford House.
Police say the occupants made off and officers detained one nearby.
Police said: "Driver detained nearby, who blew 119 custody.
"The FSP (front seat passenger) became abusive to local residents and found himself in a cell too for public order."
