A HEARTWARMING film narrated by Maxine Peake showcases how Bolton is pulling together during the coronavirus.
A number of Bolton businesses have collaborated to produce the short film to highlight the effect the pandemic has had on the town and the good work being done across the borough.
Maxine says: "We are writing history right now. let's make it a good one so we can keep telling our story with pride."
Bolton Community Film Lockdown 2020 also inspires others to help and shows how.
The short features shots of Bolton — from the grand Town Hall to the the town''s stunning countryside.
The Bolton News is also featured.
The idea to create the film came from a shared passion of making a positive impact on the Bolton community.
It is a non-profit collaboration, produced by Sitcom Soldiers Film Company, Carrs Pasties, Octagon Theatre Bolton, Rock It Bolton, Izzy Ingham, Ian Savage Media & Marge Bradshaw Photography, with Maxine agreeing to do the voiceover.
