A CANNABIS farm was discovered at a house in Tonge Fold this morning.
Police executed a drugs warrant at an address on Parkdale Avenue, and when officers forced entry, there was no furniture in the house but cannabis plants were found downstairs, upstairs and in the loft.
In total, there were 70 cannabis plants.

Addressing the house occupants, a Greater Manchester Police spokesman said: "We have seized all the cannabis plants and brought them back to the police station.
"If these are yours, because you weren't home when we came round, please give us a call on 0161 856 5761.
"We also have your new keys for you to get back into the house."
The police praised the public and partners in the process of getting a warrant granted from the court.
