Drug driver
A DRUG driver has been banned from the roads for 18 months by magistrates.
At Wigan Magistrates' Court Sufyan Bhaiyat, aged 23, of Ivy Road, Bolton, admitted committing the offence.
The court heard how he had been driving a BMW on Chorley New Road, Bolton, on September 11 last year after using cannabis.
In addition to the driving ban for 18 months, Bhaiyat, was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 towards prosecution costs and a £32 victim surcharge.
