A MAN who failed to turn up for a probation appointment or for unpaid work has been electronically tagged.
At Wigan Magistrates' Court Craig Manuel, aged 34, of Macdonald Avenue, Farnworth, admitted breaching the term of a community order he was sentenced to in October last year for stealing lead from The Swan and Barristers pubs in Bolton.
The court has not sentence him to a midnight to 8am curfew for two months and he must participate in 10 days of rehabilitation activities.
