Shirley Ludford and Dave Woods from Swindon 105.5
A SWINDON 105.5 radio presenter ran 20km to fundraise for the station.
Dave Woods impressed the team by raising £576 for the redevelopment of the Daniel Gooch studio. Presenters followed his progress live on air.
He said: "It was arranged fairly quickly and I was out running each day to get fit for the event. I was delighted to hand over a cheque to Shirley.
"I’d like to thank all who showed their support for me.”
Station director Shirley Ludford said: "We offer affordable advertising to businesses but we rely considerably on grants, donations and support in kind."
