A 4x4 vehicle which is suspected to have been used in the theft of a mini digger has been seized by police.
The vehicle was found on Hardy Hall in Little Lever and after carrying out checks officers discovered it did not have a keeper, insurance or an MOT.
It was linked to the theft of a mini digger a few days earlier.
Police say the 4x4 vehicle was notified as being off the road and was "completely insecure".
A Greater Manchester Police spokesman added: "I think this one may be going to the crusher!"
