AS many workers in Warrington transition between home and office-based working, Birchwood Park has put together a webinar series to aid employee wellbeing.

On Thursday at 1pm, the team at Birchwood Park will be kickstarting the series by looking at ‘Wellbeing While Working’, collaborating with mindset and lifestyle coach, Emily Brinnand.

For the first session, Emily will deliver a 30-minute virtual workshop, designed to help those adapting to life working from home for the long-term or making a gradual return to the office.

She will focus on simple tools and techniques to help calm the mind and body, and reduce anxiety while working in new or unfamiliar circumstances.

Emily explained: "While we've seen a huge shift to home-based working and employers providing the necessary technology and physical provisions for staff in order to work in recent weeks, we need to see more support from an ongoing wellbeing perspective at many businesses."

The brand-new Birchwood Park webinar series will see guest speakers invited to deliver monthly live talks across a range of subjects, each focused on enhancing people’s working lives whilst getting used to new working routines.

Martin O’Rourke, commercial director at Birchwood Park, added: "Looking after ourselves and our minds has never been more important, particularly in the wake of Covid-19.

"As a business park which has always had the wellbeing of our occupiers in mind, we’re excited to launch our latest ‘Expect More’ wellbeing initiative in the form of our webinar series and virtual workshops."
