Ford Focus stopped on Park Road Westhoughton
A DRIVER in Westhoughton found out his insurance had been cancelled in April after his car was seized.
Officers stopped a silver Ford Focus on Park Road after the car appeared to be uninsured.
The driver insisted that he was insured, and trawled through his emails to prove it.
After failing to find anything, he flicked through his junk emails, and discovered that the policy had been cancelled in April.
Officers seized the car, and issued a traffic offence report to the driver.
